Unsafe behavior of winch transportation:

1. In order to save physical strength, the violators scraped, pedaled and jumped the mining car during transportation, causing extrusion or falling from the mine and dragging friction injury.

The hooker shall stop such violations in time, signal the winch driver immediately after discovery, stop and stop.

2. Overload winch transportation. The winch operator must be familiar with the performance of the winch, especially the maximum static tension of lifting, and estimate the tension of various vehicles entering the track on the steel wire rope.

Especially for materials that are not often transported, we must not blindly link them. We must ask the management personnel clearly, take a cautious attitude, and prefer to hang fewer vehicles. 3. Operate the winch without certificate.

Such violations may have serious consequences. 4. When getting off the ramp for operation, the car stopper on the slope top is not closed.

After the workers of the previous shift finished the blanking operation in the inclined lane, they asked to close the car stopper at the top of the slope. Often some careless workers did not pay attention to the work details, did not create a reliable and safe working environment for the next shift of operators, and did not close the car stopper.

It is likely to cause the next shift of material transportation operators to push the ore truck at the top of the slope without paying attention to the closed state of the car stopper, which has never caused a sports car event, resulting in casualties in the inclined roadway and slope bottom.

In addition, when picking up materials from the bottom of the slope, the car stopper at the top of the slope is in the closed state, and the winch driver and the hook operator do not pay attention in place. 5. Illegal parking, loading or other operations in inclined lane.

The author encountered illegal parking in the middle of the inclined lane underground. The staff loaded the steel beam on the material truck, and the winch on the slope top was unattended. The brake handle was tied to the roadway with nylon rope to help repair the barbed wire mesh. This was a serious violation.

6. There is no signal prompt in the blind area of the drawworks operator's sight, no barrier, or poor working environment in the inclined lane, no lighting, and materials are placed on both sides of the track to block the sight of the drawworks driver and the hook operator, so the drawworks cannot be stopped immediately in case of emergency.

The distance from the starting point of the tramcar to the destination is relatively long for the winch in the inclined lane.
